Libertadores: Oscar Navarro's Musical Tribute to Latin America




Libertadores is a symphonic poem composed by Oscar Navarro, a Spanish musician and conductor. It was premiered in 2010 by the Banda Sinfónica Municipal de Madrid, under the direction of the composer himself. The work is inspired by the history and culture of Latin America, and pays homage to the heroes who fought for its independence from Spain in the 19th century.
