Hi! I have tried FitRoom a couple of times and I can share my experience. This technology is really exciting, especially for those who prefer online shopping but don’t want to deal with the hassle of trying things on. It is important to understand that FitRoom is not just a “virtual fitting room”. The idea is that artificial intelligence, based on your data (such as size, body parameters, height and even body shape), creates a virtual copy of you, where you can change clothes in photos. Sounds great, right? At the very beginning, I was also not quite sure how accurate it could be, but when I first used this technology, I was really impressed. For example, in one of the online stores that uses FitRoom, I created my avatar, indicating the exact measurements and body details, as recommended. And then the question immediately arose: to what extent does the system take into account my body type? For example, I am not quite a standard body type - I do not have a completely classic shape, and I always had problems choosing clothes. As a result, FitRoom predicted quite accurately how the clothes would fit on my body.

I am also thinking about trying FitRoom in one of the stores where it is available. Indeed, as you said, such technology can save a lot of time and frustration associated with the wrong size. On the other hand, there are always some doubts, because, as it seems to me, AI cannot yet perfectly account for all the nuances of the real world.
