An Independent Paranormal Author and Researcher he has turned a lifelong passion into interactive events for the public. He is an Ordained Minister, holds an English Lordship Title under the House of Pierpont-Archer along with the commission of Colonel in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.  With his modernistic and intellectual approach to the paranormal subject, he has quickly become a respected figure in the circles.

April 2011 saw the launch of his first book "Hunting Ghosts - Practical Advice and Approach", and then in 2020 he co-authored his second book, "The History and Hauntings of the Thomas House Hotel".

Chad has also has made guest appearances on Travel Channel's "Ghost Asylum" and Discovery Channel's "Paranormal Caught on Camera".

After working for years in the hospitality, convention and group travel industry he decided to combine both of his specialized talents into one, and in 2011 he produced the first paranormal fan event, and that's when Ghost Hunt Weekends was born.

Hosting events at hard-to-access haunted locations and historical sites, all while being guided by his highly trained and skilled, Ghost Hunt Weekends Crew.
