Volunteer Associate Needed For Select Events

Our Crew consists of people who are passionate, dedicated and friendly. The Volunteer Associate works with our Crew Members in assisting the event fans/guests with Check-In, Event Registration, Merchandise Sales, Answering Guest Questions about the event location, and assisting with leading groups and participating in paranormal investigations with guests. Guests are our highest priority, and individuals who can make them feel welcome is what we are looking for.

Responsibilities, Skills & Experience:

1. Have a clean appearance and maintain good personal hygiene.

2. Have your own reliable transportation to events.

3. Ability to travel on Weekends to different States for events.

4. Excellent communication skills are required and customer service orientation is a must.

5. Have knowledge of paranormal equipment usage.

6. Other duties as needed, which may include loading/unloading event trucks, and assisting with Crew
Members setting up and breaking down event stage, cameras, sound, lighting, etc.

7. Be able to stay up late hours at events.

Most work is on the weekends; flexibility and travel is required.

This is a non-paid Volunteer position until you can prove yourself and move into a Crew Member position. Some travel expenses, meals and other perks will be covered on a per-event basis.

1. Build new sponsorship relationships that will benefit both GHW and the sponsor.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Sales and Marketing background a with 5-8 years experience preferred. Hotel, Hospitality or Travel AgentSales experience a plus.

4. Develop new clients for ad spaces on websites, promotional vehicles, event banners, booth spaces, etc.

5. Ability to draft, design and deliver Press Releases, Media and Content Creation and Event Promotion.

6. Ability to Promote Events, Build the GHW Brand through awareness.

7. Manages and grows relationships with partners through contact with the client and their agencies.

8. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, activation best practices and new media marketing efforts in region.

9. Reports on ALL service activity on a weekly basis or upon request.

10. Other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.

This job is in located in cyberspace, you will be working remotely by direction from GHW Headquartered Offices. Sales Commissions are based on performance and can work into a salary + commission after proven track record.
